Air Fried Breakfast

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooking spray
  • 3 center-cut slices of bacon
  • 115g of freshly prepared pizza dough (whole-wheat)
  • 3 slightly beaten large eggs
  • 17g of fresh chopped chives
  • 28g ⅓ less fat softened cream cheese

PREPARATION:

  1. Using   a   medium   skillet,   quickly   cook   the   bacon   under   medium temperatures super nice and crispy.
  2. Now remove the crispy bacon from the pan and crumble it into a bowl.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs in the skillet and allow cooking till almost set yet a bit loose. Remember to stir frequently.
  4. Once done, add to the eggs; bacon crumbles, chives, and the cream cheese then stir.
  5. Make four even pieces out of the dough then roll out each piece into a 12 cm circle.
  6. At the center of each rolled out dough, place one ¼ of the egg mixture and brush the edges of the dough with some water.
  7. Now proceed and wrap the dough around the mixture to form a wrap and pinch at the seams to seal the wrap.
  8. Arrange at the bottom of the air fryer basket, coat with cooking spray, and cook under a temperature of 176°C till nice and golden brown.
  9. The process should take 6 minutes but be sure to check the progress 4 minutes in.
